Smiley! was created on the night of January 20, 2004 by a bored freelance web designer. Cat got tired of
using the plain text emoticons on her blog. They didn't seem to have the wide variety of expressions she
wished to portray! So, she got to creating and made several smiley sprites, which she currently uses on her blog.
After thinking some more, she decided that she shouldn't keep the smilies to her self, but she should share
them with other bloggers who had her same problem. Thus Smiley! was born...
But why the name "Smiley!"? Well...have you noticed what's featured here? There ya go... |

There's not much to abide by. Just please save the smilies to your own server. That means
NO DIRECT LINKING! You aren't required to provide a link back to Smiley!, but if you choose to
do so, that'd be really great. Please DO NOT claim these smilies as your own. If that begins to happen,
